Refund policy

Refundable Items Include Non-liquid products such as filters, brake parts, accessories, and other sealed items, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within the specified return period after delivery. Once the item is received in unused condition, an eligible refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

Non-Refundable Items Include liquid products such as engine oils, vehicle additives, coolants, car care liquids and similar items. They cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. We recommend checking product details carefully before placing your order, and our team is always happy to help if you need guidance before purchasing.

Procedure for Refund - To initiate your return, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 339 0334577. If your return is approved, send the parcel to the above mentioned address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return might not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
